Woke up late so arrived to find Phil, Tony and about 7 or 8 others out,
some new faces as well.
Spent ages rigging up as I used a differnt mast on the sail last time I
used it so pissed aorund with that for ages which wasn't ideal.
Finally got going and headed straight out working my way upwind to the
lighthouse where there were some bigger waves and to join Phil.
Tony came along as well and we were blasting back and forth getting in as
many jumps as possible. Really feel my jumpings starting to come on now but
at the same time, I was really crap at gybing on starboard tack today.
Had a shitter a the end of the session when I nosed in on a wave; easy to
do here as theres hardly any defined waves and the chops real messy which
means you gotta concentrate all the time. The catapult sent me hurtling
over and straight through the sail which blew out 2 panels so Als old sail
is finally fit for the bin I think. I bust a harness line to go with it as
well.
In all though was a grand session before that.
